Official New7Wonders Rules Concerning Private and Commercial Companies Supporting Official Finalist Candidates

Under the terms of the Participation Agreement, Official Finalist Candidates in the New7Wonders of Nature must always ensure that commercial companies, private companies, brands and sponsors are first licensed under contract by New7Wonders before they can support the finalist in any way. You should ensure that all companies in your country are aware of this rule at all times. Companies that are officially licensed by New7Wonders can help promote Official Finalist Candidates, encourage voting and help make your campaign a great success. This policy is also designed to ensure that private companies make a fair contribution to the costs and resourcing of the entirely self‐funded global New7Wonders campaign, from which these companies and the finalist receive unique, significant and positive advertising, promotional, commercial and image benefits. Promotion and communication using public, national and governmental support is permitted, although we recommend you consult with us first to always ensure any such initiatives are compliant.

NO Any marketing, communications, advertising, promotions and initiatives with any form of support by private and commercial companies are NOT permitted, unless these companies are first contractually licensed by New7Wonders Official Finalist Candidates who do not observe this rule may be disqualified from the campaign and replaced by a nominee from the Reserve List
